Remedy 1: Smile. A smile is the simplest yet the most effective procedure in dealing with anxiety. In fact you only move a minimal of face muscles compared when you frown or get angry. Much more a smile can really make a difference. In addition, it can totally affect your state of mind. Thus if you under anxiety say for instance in a classroom of noisy students, you can always flash your smile in the most genuine way possible. This can be done by simply transitioning your brain outside of the current time or situation where there is anxiety. You can close your eyes and think of a place in your imagination that will make your mood lighten and make you forget the stress. Then once you open it back to reality, your previous feeling of anger fades and your whole emotion changes.

Remedy 3: Massage. When it comes to massage, massage does not necessarily mean luxury resorts and hotels. You can actually do your own massage therapy. As a matter of fact, if you’re stressed you can opt for a massage at your shoulders or arms. It need not be a hard one so to speak. A simple massage anywhere in the body allows blood and oxygen to freely circulating in again. This can affect your physical emotion and mood thus removing traces of stress.
