My Thoughts About God Existing

By Bryan Migneault

It’s a fact, since man has existed we have always believed in some form of god. All over the world cultures have believed in some form of higher being.

There are several different religions all believing in different Gods. And each of their Gods represent different things.

Some people believe that because our world is divided into different religions that all believe in different gods that this proves that there is no god at all. Because clearly if there was a real god then it would not allow people to worship something else that does not exist. It would prove itself as being a god that exists.

One reason why people follow religion is because it provides a way for them to live a good life. And it brings communities together.

On the other hand some religious people will not tolerate other people outside of their religion so it can actually break up communities.

There has been so much proof from science that there is absolutely no existence of god. But it’s strange that because there is so much proof against god and no proof that there is a god this seems to make some people’s belief even stronger. When you would think it would do the opposite.

The biggest criticism against God existing is the Bible. We all know that the Bible was written by men. It’s not the word of God because it was written by the hand of man. Yet people treat the Bible as gospel.

More proof against the existence of god is the differences between the old testament and the new testament. There are so many contradictions in the way god is portrayed that it doesn’t make sense.

At some point before the new testament was written it is believed that many people were turning away from Christianity so it is believed by atheists that the Bible was rewritten to include the new testament in order to get more publicity and people to join Christianity. It obviously worked.

Honestly, I’m someone who doesn’t know exactly what to believe. I think the best thing you can do is to live your life the best you possibly can whether God exists or not we will all find out one day.
