Anxiousness And Nervousness Attacks

Anxiety and panic attacks are behavioral and psychological conditions that the human bodies transmit as a respondent to stress. These are not normal manifestations, but there is, however, a sizeable number of people who encounter them as a result of the series of activities in their lives.

Some of the most common symptoms of these behavioral experiences are: the sensation of intense heart beat/ palpitations, sweat, shortness of breath, the sudden redness in the cheeks, pain of the muscle groups, dizziness and body shaking. It is very very important that you realize these attacks are not dealthly in any way. They are just the body’s expression of discontent towards the outside stimuli.

Therefore, one should keep in mind, when experiencing these particular type of feelings, that no matter how intense they may appear, they will pass as easily as they arrived. There have been many causes found responsible for triggering anxiety and panic attacks, such as a hereditary predisposition, drug stimuli, different phobias, alcohol, chronic illnesses, however the most common one being extreme tension.

There are several techniques that you can practice to rid yourself of these episodes. One of the remedies which is known to be very effective in these cases is Magnesium mineral.

If you do not have one at your disposal in the form of tablets or natural powder (in combination with Calcium), you should know that it can be found in a variety of fruits and vegetables, such as spinach, nuts, seeds and some cereals as well. So if you know that you have a predilection for anxiety and panic attacks, it would be advisable to keep these type of products nearby. Two other important steps towards getting past this distress is to take deep breaths and drink a glass of water and the side effects should wear off soon after.

As the American Psychological Association has stated, anxiety and panic episodes usually last for about thirty minutes, but they can occasionally be as short as a few minutes, depending on the human condition.
