Breast Enhancements: A Woman’s Perogative

By Jessica Erin

Looking for some fun? Whatever you do, Don't Click Here!

The other day my mother and I were having a discussion while folding laundry, about breast enhancements.

Should women be getting them? Why do they get them? Are they safe? Is it a cover up for some other insecurity? Neither of us have large breast, in fact we are both have small breast.

Both my mother and I have what are considered small breasts, but neither of us held the same view on the subject.

Momma believes that if a woman wants to make a change to enhance her beauty than go for it. She said, “There’s nothing wrong with a woman having her breast enhanced if it makes her feel more confident about she looks.”

She began to tell me when she was in her early 20′s how she wanted bigger breast in order to attract more male attention. My mother went on to explain how boobs are one of the first things people will see and therefore, they make an important impression.

My father has passed away, so I understand that she may want some attention from the opposite sex and believes that a slightly larger rack might help her get that attention.

It is everyone’s own right to do as they wish to themselves, especially if it will make them happy. I do have an opinion on the subject, however.

It’s their business and every person has their own free will to implement as they see fit. However, I do have an opinion on the idea of breast enhancements in general. I think women’s minds are warped from the time they are young on what beauty is, and as a result, they are always trying to fit in with beauty stipulations society has put on them.

Women should love themselves just as they were created and make their own beauty the standard of beauty, instead of some idea someone else imposed on them.

Of course my mother and I agreed to disagree, but I did contemplate a little further on the matter and came to this conclusion. If small breast were the rave then everyone would be trying to get smaller breast.

Whatever happened to “I am woman, hear me roar”? Where did all of the self-confidence go to?

My mother and I eventually agreed to disagree, but I pondered a little further on the topic.

I remember back one day when I was a cheerleader in high school, how a senior cheerleader made a joke about the way I walk with confidence like I had big boobs or something.

I have small breast and I walk as if they are big. I found the gesture funny even then and especially now because I walk that way out of confidence.

I don’t second guess myself because of my cup size and I’ve never starved for male attention because I’ve always gotten it.

So, the argument of larger boobs equals more guys does not compute with me.

Do exercises that target the bust region. Modified pushups and good posture are a must even for big busted women. Eventually, your boobs will head south of the border, so those practices are a must for any women no matter her bust size.

Exercises that target the chest region are best. Modified pushup, and light bench pressing are good exercises to keep up regularly. Another exercise is one where you sit straight in a chair with as perfect posture as possible with your arms lifted by your side.

Do that often just for good breast maintenance purposes. Also, moisturize your breasts daily, if you don’t already. I would recommend a good oil such as jojoba oil or almond oil. There are no natural breast enhancement foods, but, if you eat more fruits and vegetables you’ll be healthier over all. If you are going to increase your cup size, you may wish to try breast enhancement supplements.

A good habit to adopt that has more to do with enhancement for the skin rather than size is moisturizing. If you aren’t doing it already start now. Oils to use are jojoba and almond oil. This keeps the skin youthful.

If you are of my persuasion, don’t come down on women who hold a different view. Society is attacking women enough with the idea of perfection. The attacking begins early with little girls.

If still looking to increase breast size try breast enhancement supplements. Final advice, pretend that you have big boobs for a while. It may sound funny, but if you pretend that you have larger boobs your posture, demeanor and confidence will change and you will begin to attract the attention you have been seeking.

We should support one another so that we don’t have to feel like we are less than because of what we believe is our bodies imperfections or short comings.

If this cycle is going to end we have to support each other, uplift each other and catch our little girls before they get caught in the paradigm.

Well, rather you are for it or against it; this debate will probably be archived right in there with the “which came first the chicken or the egg” debate.

At the end of the day do what makes you happy with yourself and hopefully you are 2 things: 1. Living a proud and healthy life low in stress, high in healthy foods and plentiful in love And 2. Happy with who you are on the inside because no physical alteration will change that.

It’s true. Ladies, own the goddess that you are and appreciate yourself for who and how you were created.
