When I was in the absolute depths of my anxiety, I might often find myself personally pondering my problems while at the gym, while having dinner, while studying, and even at events. Negative opinions about my entire life followed me no matter where I proceeded to go.

Transporting around this enormous weight of stress, uncertainness, fear and anxiety genuinely had a real damaging effect on me.

If I needed to commence feeling improved I believed things must change. Initially, I was required to restructure how I thought about myself and my life. My regular thoughts had to undergo a change. A brand new additional healthier attitude simply had to be learned.
