Taking Three Steps For Applying The Simple Law Of Attraction

By Felicia Fillmore

Power, the kind that makes you in control of your life, was the reaffirming thought that I brought away from viewing the movie, “The Secret. “Whether I am happy or sad depends on my thoughts that are controlling my emotions. Those emotions are controlling my actions. Sometimes I am happy, sometimes I’m not. It’s up to me and my thoughts, and how those thoughts govern my emotions, and thus my actions. In my life, I use the law of attraction techniques so that my goals are aligned and set up for me top reach them.

You can improve your life by using these three law of attraction techniques.

1. Visualization. This is not a simple technique to use when you have problems focusing on your goals, an important part of the simple law of attraction.

If your mind is rattling around like a rat on an exercise wheel, it’s not easy to focus. Worries, deadlines, and problems keep us in the dark when it comes to the visualization of our goals. Can’t concentrate? Drop what you’re doing and do something you love. This simple tip for the use of the law of attraction will put you in the proper place mentally, so you can make the law of attraction work for you. Once you have engaged this technique, use your refreshed mind to concentrate on your dreams and goals.

Like attracts like is the basic tenet of the law of attention and this is how you use visualization and positive thinking. However you choose to worship, or not, is meaningless regarding the law – how you think is what brings good or bad things into your life. Ultimately, we are responsible for the physical experiences of our lives. Consciously or subconsciously, we attract those experiences.

2. Gratitude.Giving thanks is so fundamentally simple, it’s hard to understand how it can change one’s life.

Gratitude has had a very powerful effect on my life. Giving thanks makes me happy, makes me a better person. As I’ve grown, I’ve come to recognize that a simple act of thanks can be transforming.

Upon awakening give thanks every day.

Give yourself positive energy to get through the day – before you arise list each item you can think of for which you are grateful.

Life-challenges are plenty, but you should be grateful that you have them.

Are you a complainer or an optimist? How you deal with challenges makes you one or the other. Don’t whine, view each challenge as an opportunity.

Making a gratitude list will get you through the roughest day.

Gratitude and joy are two feelings you can conjure up to drive away the blues. Making a gratitude list is the perfect antidote to a bad day.

What you have may seem too little for thanks, but it isn’t.

Everybody can see ways in which their lives can be improved. Yearning for more or better circumstances is human nature. Meanwhile, be thankful for what you have. A fundamental rule of the law of attraction is being grateful for what you do have, no matter how measly it may seem.

3. Putting off action is a bad practice.

Though rather simplistic in approach, “The Secret”, a movie, sets about illuminating the law of attraction. Too much emphasis has been placed on positive thinking and visualizing and not enough about the action required to manifest wealth in any form. Whether you want to drop a few pounds or find your soul mate, the law of attraction demands more than just sitting around wishing extra hard that either will suddenly happen.

Action, that’s what this feel-good movie skims over. The law of attraction requires action.

Your quotidian concerns can divert you from taking the steps to turn your goals and aspirations into reality.

Changing your life should not be sidetracked by the very things you’re wanting to change. Try these tactics.

You can only think about problems or challenges to a certain point before thinking becomes as big a problem as the one you’re trying to change. Perfection is another bugaboo. Always strive for it, but don’t let it stop you. A cup with a chip is better than no cup at all. Each journey starts with a step. Don’t try to leap ahead. You’ll tire yourself before reach your destination.

Keeping the guidance above in mind, you can make the law of attraction work for you. Your new life awaits.
