Then, register your travel details including your country of destination, departure and return dates and the nature of your trip. If you are traveling with a friend or a co-worker, ask them to do the same. This is a good way for the government to easily reach your whereabouts in case of emergencies. Do not forget to register to the embassy too as soon as you get to your destination.

Foreigners are the usual target of local thieves. The latter know that tourists travel with pocket money and gadgets and other expensive belongings.
