Keep That Holiday Look Sparkling Even After You Return Back

By Jim Hall

According to a Survey conducted by the Boston University, about sixty five people feel healthier on a holiday. The fresh meals including the green vegetables and juicy fruits that you have, keep your appetite in an appropriate shape. All the free time activities ranging from swimming to snorkeling make you more active on your trip. But, now the vacations have left you feeling revitalized and refreshed. It is the time to get back to your boring everyday schedule. Here are five simple tips to keep that holiday happiness happening.

1. Avoid the Rush

Take handful days to wind down when you return from your journey. Relax on the weekends or permit yourself an extra day when you book your time off. It will keep up that energy level.

2. Have fun with your Loved Ones

Spending some quality time with your partner or your family, away from daily pressure, cements your relationships. Whether you have pending household activities or a busy job, make sure you spend at least one evening a week with your spouse and the tiny tots avoiding any external distractions.

3. Use Sweet Memories to Relax yourself

If you are feeling stressed after a long voyage, simply follow this visualization exercise to refresh yourself. Lie down, comfortably on a couch, in an open area. Keep your eyes closed, relax and regulate your breathing pace. Recollect your imaginations. Visualize a beautiful destination you’ve recently visited on your vacations. Feel the warmth of the sun on your limbs, the winds gently brushing away your hair and the softly lapping sea waves. Now open your eyes gently. Practice this for ten to fifteen minutes daily in order to soothe yourself

4. Plan your Future Breaks

You really need at least a week’s time to cut off from everything and dedicate yourself to your routine work. So, if it is possible, as soon as you return from your holiday, take a short break in order to relive weariness and stress temporarily; particularly, if your is nerve-racking.

5. Keep your Health Upgraded

According to a recent study from a Cancer Research Institute based in UK, munching two or more servings a day of fresh tropical fruits and green leafy vegetables can reduce the risk of cancer, acute heart diseases and lever problems. Also, it rejuvenates your sex life, making it twenty per cent more active.

So, add a side salad or an extra veggie to your evening meal. A delicious treat followed by a brisk walk, is one of the easiest ways to burn your extra calories. Take your pet, your grandparents or your spouse on a refreshing morning and evening walk. They’ll love it!

Flying off to an exotic location is not always feasible You may try out something different at your place itself. But maintain that brimming energy level until the next trip!
