Is There A Risk Doing Business With You?

Satisfaction is often guaranteed when products are purchased and services are utilized. There is no reason not to offer a guarantee. If you already offer something, is it fully expressed to your customers?

If they don’t know, you could be putting yourself at risk for losing revenue.

Consider this scenario-

You are looking to purchase two exact items. The only difference between them is that one states a 30-day, no questions asked return and the other does not. Which product would you choose?

Of course, the one that removed all of the buying risk from you.

Now the other product could very well have had a guarantee of similar nature but unless it is made known, it is virtually of no value to the client or you. Therefore it is critical your clients are made aware of your guarantees.

Offering risk reversal or a guarantee can be nothing but a reward to a business and this is especially true when you are selling a high ticket item where the decision to buy is much more involved both financially and emotionally. But even if what you offer is not in that category, there is still a huge benefit here.

Each day buyers become more select with their purchases. Consumers want more for their money than what they used to accept, and by offering some type of attestation your sales can only be helped.

Many have us have participated in risk-free trials. A full refund awaits you if you are at all unhappy with the product. Many times, the risk-free part of the purchase was why you decided to try it. The no pressure purchase was what helped you make the decision. When consumers purchase an item, this is something they are looking for. They want to know they did the right thing. If a customer feels untroubled and undaunted that purchasing from you will have no risk on them, the chances of improving your sales will skyrocket.
