Those who have been introduced to YourNetBiz might be aware it is a home based business opportunity and it is primarily a coaching and training product. What makes YNB so unique and different to other products available on the market is once you become an associate your sponsor becomes your mentor, guiding you thru the entire process. Whilst having a personal mentor is imperative to accomplish online success it does not necessarily guarantee it. The quality of the product YourNetBiz isn’t in any doubt and most certainly can bring internet riches but the caliber of your sponsor might make difference the between success and failure. When you’re looking to buy into anyone, whether it’s personal or an online business the same principles apply.
Attraction – When choosing friends, partners or people to work with each party have to bring something to the table, every one of us form relationships from our own needs, this may sound selfish but we prefer to associate ourselves with similar minded folk who make us feel good about ourselves. Relationships fail and breakdown when one or both parties fail to consider the other persons needs.
Trust – Trust forms the cornerstone of any solid relationship to the point that once it is lost the relationship is over.
Caring – There are numerous personality types, the caring type always form the best relationships and tend to be the best of the bunch. If a person is genuinely interested in helping you and you trust them 100%, the confidence that can instil in your ability to achieve anything multiplies exponentially.
Technical ability – In terms of an online business, technical ability is critical, a good mentor must have a reasonable level to help you achieve what you want. Having said that not everyone knows everything, including myself but if you choose a mentor with all the above qualities and you ask them something they don’t know, they will endeavour to find the answer as quick as humanly possible for you.
Good mentors aren’t decided, they are made. Just because someone decides one day to make money and help others doesn’t necessarily mean they possess the right qualities to do so. To genuinely want to help others comes from within, to go that extra yard to help someone achieve success is ingrained your moral fibre. It’s all too common nowadays for individuals to say one thing and do another to the point where we tend to expect it. I believe in the old school, say what you mean and do what you say. Now I’m no saint, primarily where all in this business to make money but not at any cost, time freedom is fantastic and that’s what this business is all about but not if it means failing on a promise. Choose your personal mentor wisely and bear in mind the guy who shouts the loudest isn’t always one to deliver!
