The freshness and newness of Spring is such a perfect time to have your wedding ceremony. Just as Spring represents rebirth and new beginnings, your wedding day is the start of a new family joined together! Every bride wants a perfect day, and now that you have set your date, the planning of all the intricate details must begin. One of the details that can be as personalized as much as you want is Spring wedding favors. You can show your appreciation for each of your guests, make them smile, and give them something they can take home to remember your wedding.

1. Plantable seed favors are growing in popularity, but are definitely still a fresh idea. These little favors can be a representation of how your love grows and blooms. Your guests will be reminded of your wedding ceremony for months to come as the take the seed packets home, plant and grow them into beautiful flowers. You could use them as place cards at the table, write thank you notes on each of them, or just attach them to your reception or wedding program.

2. Tulip bulbs can make a fresh springtime wedding favor as well! If taken care of properly, they will bloom every spring and remind your guests over and over of you and your spouse’s love. 3. Salt and pepper shakers can be such a wonderful spring wedding favor! They will cost more than the above mentioned ideas, but are very unique. Obviously it will depend on your wedding theme, but just with a fast search, I found baby chick salt and pepper shakers, cherry blossom shakers, and my personal favorite of two peas in a pod salt and pepper shakers! What a fresh idea that will brighten your guests faces and give them something very special to take home.

4. Candles are another very popular favor. Candles come in a variety of presentations – tins, tea lights, and beautifully wrapped. What makes candles such a great spring wedding favor is their scents. With a variety of fresh and fragrant scents, you can make your reception hall smell wonderful and your guests will be able to take the scent of your day home with them!

5. Candy will be appreciated by both young and old and the spring ideas are plentiful. Jordan Almonds are traditional, but you can find almost anything that will go with your theme. You can match colors, shapes, and always tie with a bow in the same colors as your wedding colors. Another benefit with candy is that it is inexpensive and can be wrapped by you. You can also take the time to personalize each with a note.

6. One last idea is whole leaf tea sachets or tins. This again is a fragrant and beautiful favor that can be added to the tables. You can choose from a variety of presentations, but you honestly cannot go wrong. Your guests will smile as they take these little favors home.
