Modish Styles in Bridesmaids Dresses
By John Jones
Peach bridesmaid dresses form a big tendency on current fashion stage. To retain temperately stunning and beautiful, bridesmaid dresses stay in mostly an understated way but their color choices are definitely a big role in enhancing the jubilant aura on your big day. As such, following the fad can always showcase your wit on fashion taste.
The number one thing to think about when choosing summer bridesmaid dresses is the fabric. Everyone knows that velvet is taboo for summer, but what about heavy satin? No, thanks! Acetate taffeta that doesn’t breathe? Not if you want to keep your bridesmaids as friends! The best summer fabrics are lightweight and made from breathable natural fibers. Think summer classics like seersucker or madras for an informal wedding. These are perfect fabrics for outdoor summer weddings. Add pearl bridesmaid jewelry sets and metallic sandals for a stylish yet relaxed look which will have everyone feeling very comfortable.
Some people tend to look for their bridesmaid dresses at the same place that they get their wedding dress (or with a similar store). Looking around in normal stores may be the best way to find the most unique dresses; if it isn’t from a store known for bridesmaid dresses, it is more likely to be unique.
We know how much work goes into planning your wedding. Gather your bridesmaids, take careful measurements, and find your favorite gowns. Bridesmaid dress can have a wide range of fabrics such as Georgette’s, brocades, taffeta, tulle’s, chiffon, satins, silks, crepes etc. It’s traditional for Bridesmaid Dresses and junior bridesmaid dresses to match, but this can often make the job of choosing different and contrasting bridesmaid gown very difficult.
Linen gets a bad rep as a wrinkly fabric. There is some truth to the rumply nature of the material, of course, but it is a classic in tropical regions. This is because high humidity actually helps to keep linen dresses looking less wrinkly – almost like nature’s version of the clothing steamer. Linen shift dresses could be quite nice for a sophisticated group of attendants who would not be happy in more frilly or young looking styles. Another idea is a flowy linen dress which is sort of pre-wrinkled; no ironing required. While a linen bridesmaid dress is not right for the bride with a perfectionist streak, they can be very pretty and summery.
