Useful Tips On How To Successfully Talk To A Woman

By Isobel Stevenson

Talking to women is not as hard as it appears at first after you get some practice doing it. It is not as easy as it sounds, but it is the truth.

The fact of the matter is that getting the nerve to approach a lady, no matter what kind of social setting it is, gets more difficult the longer you wait. The more you think about what you are going to say as well as the outcome will make it harder to do anything.

The best way to overcome these fears is to look at the women in the room that you would find interesting to talk to. Once you are comfortable with this, then you can begin to think about the things you will tell them when you actually talk.

The best way to break the ice and open up a conversation with a woman is to make an observation or joke of some kind that will be funny. Avoid walking up to her and giving her a line or telling her hello. These things will let her know that you are looking to pick her up.

Be aware of your surroundings, and look for things that are relevant and funny to comment about when you are looking for a way to be funny.

Come to think of it, think about using a joke or good line that you heard from someone else. It can’t hurt as long as it is pretty original, and as long as she never heard it before, what’s the difference?

Another great angle is to use a joke or line from your favorite show or movie or book. Who knows, maybe she will be familiar with it, and that will get the conversation off to a good start.

Remember that the hardest part of talking is walking up to them for the first time and start talking to her. Once you accomplish this first step, everything is easier, and future talking won’t be such a challenge to master.
